9 beauty tips for a radiant face
1. The Golden Rule
What to do: Make sure you always (and always) remove your makeup before bed.
Your skin needs to breathe at night. And makeup prevents your pores from unclogging, which can cause blemishes and/or blackheads.
Don't have a makeup remover? Just put some olive oil on a cotton pad and gently massage it onto your face to get rid of makeup.
Don't forget that exfoliation is essential. At least once or twice a week, exfoliate your skin to remove layers of dead skin, leaving it with a healthier glow.
2. Sun and Skin
What to Do: Apply sunscreen with FPS of at least 15, which blocks UVA and UVB rays.
Too much sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems.
Make sure you read the label to check that the product won't block your pores.
Wear sunscreen if it's cloudy or cold (no excuses).
If you're going to the beach or reflective surfaces like snow or ice, foam your skin with a little extra sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.

3. You Are What You Eat
Write down everything you put on your plate. Eat sweet fruits, vegetables, enough proteins and vitamins.
A diet rich in vitamin C and low in fat and sugar promotes radiant skin.
Consider a low-sugar diet, which can maintain insulin levels, allowing cells to balance out their levels.
What not to do: Eat spicy or fermented foods, salt, fried foods.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are what healthy skin needs.

4. Sweat!
Exercise regularly. Running and yoga give your body the necessary blood circulation, and also speed up the purification process of your entire body.
You'll notice a glow on your face after this. Don't have time? Just take a walk around the block.
Don't: Ignore your skin before and after a workout. Apply a foundation to help minimize oil production before you go out. Afterward, exfoliate and then apply shea butter or olive oil to moisturize your skin.
Walking, running, and yoga will speed up your body's cleansing process.

5. Beauty Sleep
Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Just like you, your skin needs sleep.
So don't risk it. You can also apply honey to your face two or three times a week to naturally soothe and heal your skin.
“Don’t forget to wash and moisturize your face before going to bed.”
For dry skin, use gentler cleansers that are alcohol-free.
Never forget to wash your face before going to bed and moisturize it well.

6. Water for beauty tips for the face
Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water daily, at least 8 glasses or more.
Also, eat fruits and vegetables, which have a high water content, such as watermelon, cucumber, orange, strawberry, grapes and melon.
Don’t: Skip the rose water. It helps prevent and reduce eye puffiness in the morning, maintains pH balance, and naturally hydrates your skin throughout the day.

7. Tip: Goodbye Acne
Wash your face with warm (not hot!) water three times a day and gently massage your face in circular motions.
Do not squeeze pimples as it can lead to more redness, swelling, and even scarring.
Feel a pimple is getting in your way? Clean the area with rose water.
Also, if you wear glasses or sunglasses, be sure to clean the lenses frequently to remove pore-clogging oil from around your eyes and nose.
Never pop your pimples. Use rose water or chilled green tea bags.
8. Spa Day, Every Day?
What to do: Take regular skin care. “For dry skin, use a fresh cherry mask.
Apply the pulp of fresh cherries on your face before going to bed. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it off with warm water.”
A gentle facial massage with oils could work wonders. Depending on your skin type, choose mustard, coconut, almond oils as they are excellent nourishing agents that help in getting glowing skin.
Treat yourself to occasional spa treatments.

9. Healthy habits
Take time for yourself, and try to avoid stress as much as possible.
Have you ever noticed that when you're stressed, you tend to go out more? That's because stress causes your body to produce cortisol and other hormones, making your skin oilier.
Practice stress management techniques such as breathing exercises, yoga and meditation. The more you meditate, the more you radiate.
